Individual Learning Accounts

ILA Scotland is a Scottish Government Scheme that can help you pay for the cost of your learning.

If you are over 18 and living in Scotland and if you earn £22,000 or less a year, or you are on benefits, you can apply for a £200 individual learning account to put towards a wide range of approved courses that will help you develop the computer skills that many employers are looking for.

The money is not a loan, so you don't have to pay it back. To find out more, call the ILA Scotland helpline free on 0800 100 1090 or visit www.ilascotland.org.uk

ECDL/ECDL Advanced courses with User Friendly are eligible for a £200 ILA account.

Note that User Friendly may require an additional personal contribution for these courses that you take using your ILA Scotland account (details given in the ECDL page).
